Photos and Videos
We may take photos or videos during club events for promotional purposes. We’ll always ask for consent where required, especially for minors.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, select no on our registration form, and please tell a staff member if your permission changes.
We may film participants for coaching purposes. Training videos will not be used for any other purpose without consent.
Children's Privacy
We collect children’s data only with parental or guardian consent and strictly for safety and operational purposes.
Website Information
We do not use any tracking or analytics on our website.
Your IP address will be logged by our webserver but we would not be able to identify you from this information alone.
