Skills 2: Twisting

Twisting to and from different body landings.

Remember which way you are twisting.

Seat 1/2 twist to feet

Can you land on your bottom and jump back to your feet, facing the other way?

Front 1/2 twist to feet

Can you land on your tummy and jump back to your feet, facing the other way?

Back 1/2 twist to feet

Can you land on your back and jump back to your feet, facing the other way?

1/2 twist to Seat

Can you jump from your feet and land on your bottom, facing the other way?

1/2 twist to Front

Can you jump from your feet and land on your tummy, facing the other way?

1/2 twist to Back

Can you jump from your feet and land on your back, facing the other way?

Now can twist any further?

Try twisting more to or from a body landing.
