Eastbourne Trampoline is a growing community located in the East Sussex.

The sessions are designed for enjoyable exploration, for every participant.

Our approach develops the physical, mental, social and emotional aspects of sports participation.

A love for coaching trampoline.

Verna has been coaching trampoline, for more years than she would like to admit.

Having watched her participants grow up, children develop into adults, and the progress of trampoline as an Olympic sport, her passion for coaching remains strong.

While coaching Trampoline at Brighton University she met Danny.

Somewhat retired from Trampoline, Danny was encouraged by Verna to try again, train again, and love the sport again.

Years later, the two of them are now working together to encourage that same enthusiasm for others.

A passion for putting theory into practice.

Danny has been working with leading researchers in coaching science for over 10 years.

After earning millions of views and thousands of subscribers on YouTube, he decided to put the theory into practice in January 2024.
