Adding flips into Routine 1.

Remember a coach can help with a push-in mat.

  1. Tuck back flip
  2. Straddle jump
  3. 1/2 twist to seat landing
  4. 1/2 twist to feet
  5. Pike jump
  6. Back landing
  7. 1/2 twist to feet
  8. Tuck jump
  9. Tuck front flip
  10. Pike front flip

Now can you keep it high and central?

Try keeping each skill high and in the middle of the trampoline.
